PPR-al -PPR Plastic Composite Pipes with Aluminum as Inner Part, Working Under High Temperature and Pressure

Key Specifications/Special Features:

• Aluminum composite pipe
• Material: PPR, aluminmum
• With five layers, inside and outside
• Tightly bonded with melt adhesive to mid-layer of aluminum core
• Longitudinally welded in an overlapping way
• Inside and outside layers of PP-R make layer of AL is 100% of gas/oxygen tight
• Advantages of both metal and plastic pipes, but eliminates their own disadvantages
• Reduce linear expansion
• Coefficient, only 1/4 of that of PP-R material
• 100% oxygen tightness, very suitable for heating systems
• Improved resistant to impulse under low temperature, resistant to UV-rays
• Working under higher temperature and higher pressure
• Easily detected by detector when embedded, owing to the metal layer in the middle
